200 grams butter.
1 cup sugar.
400 grams self-rising flour.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/2 jar Apple Cinnamon 100% Fruit No Cane Sugar of Natural Products Beit Yitzhak.
In a mixer, mix the butter, flour, sugar and vanilla extract.
Remove 1 cup of the dough and set aside.
Add the eggs to the remaining mixture and mix and medium speed.
After becoming smooth and uniform, spread the dough on and oiled cake pan and spread equally as much as possible. Pour the 1/2 jar of Apple Cinnamon 100% Fruit No Cane Sugar of Natural Products Beit Yitzhak on the dough.
Add pieces of the dough that was set aside by spreading it as if it was crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven of 180⁰ C.
