Ingredients (for the dough):
1 package self-rising flour (2.5 cups).
1 package margarine.
4 egg yolks.
2 tablespoons sugar.
200 grams Apricot 100% Fruit No Cane Sugar of Natural Products Beit Yitzhak.
4 egg whtes.
1 cup sugar.
1 package instant vanilla pudding (95 grams).
Place 1/3 of the dough in the refrigerator and roll 2/3 in a cake pan.
Pour the Apricot 100% Fruit No Cane Sugar of Natural Products Beit Yitzhak over the dough.
Whip the egg whites, sugar and instant vanilla pudding and then pour over the dough.
Grate the remaining 1/3 of dough and spread it over the filling to create a layer of crust.
Bake in a 180⁰ C preheated oven for 30 minutes.
