This jam series intended for the professional market was developed after learning and understanding the professional needs of the restaurant and coffee-shop industry in Israel. Our products were developed together with the most senior leaders and chiefs the industry has to offer. The series’ products are made in a careful homemade process and contains 50% real fruit. The jams are slowly cooked in a traditional method, which maintains the fruit’s quality and creates an easily spreadable texture that suits the international market. The series includes nine varieties: strawberry, plum, apricot, fig, apple, wildberry, cherry, peach and orange. These jams are served in Israel’s leading cafes, hotels and restaurants.
